A few things from the past few days

Ah, the allergies are back; spring is in the air.

Spring came a little late here in Alberta, but I am sure glad to have it here.

With the recent announcement by Alberta legislature that volunteer firefighters will be covered under workplace insurance for 14 different types of work-related cancer, Ponoka Fire Chief Ted Dillon and his crew can rest easy knowing that they will be taken care of if any of them may fall ill.
